About Me

I was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up in the metropolitan area. I was raised
Catholic by my father and my mother focused more on New Age and spiritualist values.
This mixture helped me to question my beliefs and strengthen my desire to always
continue learning.

At the age of 20 I moved to Landstuhl, Germany to attend college while I worked for the
US Army as a civilian. There I met my first Reiki Teacher, Cathy Manos, who attuned me
with my first, second and third level. Her instruction focused on both traditional Usui
Reiki and a mixture of other energy practices. While in Germany I met my partner, Bobby
Adams, who was then stationed at Ramstein Air Force Base. Living in Europe was a
wonderful opportunity for me. Europeans, in general, are much more open to holistic
practices. Living there gave me many opportunities to visit sacred sites and expand my
knowledge and practice.

When Bobby received orders to Ellsworth AFB I was less than thrilled, but surrendering
to destiny, I packed up and moved to Rapid City, South Dakota in 2003. There I met my
next Reiki Teacher, Nancy DeYoung, and received my Master-Teacher attunement
through traditional Usui instruction. I also met Bobby Marchesso, my psychic mentor,
who taught me to develop my intuition and interpret the messages I receive.

I recently moved to Colorado Springs where I'm so happy to experience the abundance
of holistic modalities and opportunities for spiritual progression.
